Kinspire Homes Ltd was incorporated in July 2017 as Fairview Homes Property Ltd, with the aim to create quality housing development projects.
​
In January 2019 the company acquired its first development site,
a single detached house build in Hereford, completed in November 2019.
​
In July 2019 the company won a bid to develop a three house site in
Whitestone Hereford, which was completed in March 2021.
​
In October 2021 the company built seven houses in Cobhall Common,
Hereford, which completed in July 2022.
The site is a mixture of high quality three and four bed detached homes.
​
July 2022 saw Fairview Homes creating its first set of four apartments in the
historic market town of Coleford, in the Forest of Dean.
These are due for completion in early summer 2023.
On 1st February 2023, Fairview Homes Property,
has re-branded to Kinspire Homes, part of the Kinspire Group.

High quality service and support
As a local, family-run business, we provide high-quality traditional and modern designed homes. Each house is designed to our expecting standard, constructed by the highly qualified team of skilled craftsmen and contractors. We aim to handover every property to the highest of standards.
Every Kinspire Home goes through several rigorous inspections by our Site Manager and Head of Quality. Prior to move in you will have been invited to view your new home with our dedicated Home Demonstrator, who thoroughly explain how everything works.
At handover all appliance manuals for your new home are provided in a A4 box folder and guarantees are provided in the warranty and certificates folder.
Settling in
As you settle into your new home, rest assured we are on hand should you need any help and advice along the way.

We will arrange a suitable time to visit 14 days after you move in to check how you’re settling in and to complete a handover inspection as part of the 14-day Homeowner Report Form. We endeavour to deliver a high-quality home, however, please understand there could be minor items we may have missed. Please see the snagging guide for examples of items to check. We endeavour to rectify this work within 28 days. Please note timescales may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.
10-year warranty
Every new Kinspire Home comes with a 10-year structural warranty. This gives you the peace of mind that your new home has been built to the required standard, which set out the technical requirements for materials, design and craftmanship of your new home.
Our Customer Service team are on hand for the first two years for help and advice.
In addition to this, during the first two years of cover Kinspire Homes also provide cover for any defects within your home due to workmanship or product failure and we will always ensure compliance to the warranty providers standards.
